Before export, inventory ridgeline-customers, ridgeline-locations and ridgeline-jobs: 25 customers, 30 service locations and 22 jobs with 29 visits. Separately list the actual invoice references and attachments created during the tasks, including ridgeline-job-service-03.
Export customers and their service-location relationships through the product-supported export. Compare ridgeline-customer-commercial-02 and its three locations with the canonical rows, including the separate ridgeline-customer-commercial-01 payer.
Export jobs and invoices, then export or download attachments using supported product functions. Preserve the original files and filenames, and verify that ridgeline-job-replacement retains its three visits and invoice links.
For each exported entity, count populated source fields and matching exported fields against the ridgeline-operation inventory; compute the percentage preserved. Count exported attachments against the pre-export attachment list and identify any content that required manual download.
Verify that an attachment from ridgeline-job-service-03 can be opened and associated with its original job or invoice. Record missing files, unreadable files and lost parent links separately from field coverage.
Locate the vendor's published phone-number port-out policy or request a written policy for the ridgeline-operation lab account. Record the source, access date and any conditions; do not initiate a live port-out.
Save export files, coverage counts and the policy source with the ridgeline-operation execution. Report unavailable exports and undocumented policy as findings, without filling gaps from memory.

Received as CSV: Client Contact Info (25 fixture clients + 1 owner-created client 'Hugo Barrio' + totals row), Client Properties (33 properties incl. multi-property landlords/commercial units), One-off jobs (11), Invoices (3), Quotes (2), Recurring jobs (1), Products and Services (6 rows - a usage report listing only items used on quotes/jobs/invoices, not the full 30-item price book). Some exports arrived more than once (identical duplicates discarded). No bulk export of attachments/photos: files download individually, notes with >5 attachments as ZIP; jobs/invoices as individual PDFs. Porting the dedicated phone number out is possible but manual (support, T-15). Privacy: the owner's real email in the contact export was replaced by [owner-email-redacted] (sha256 before afa5fdfe..., after 7e61e5c0...). Result partial: core records export to CSV without contacting support, but only by email, no full price-book export and no bulk file/photo export.

Self-service exports come with the free 'Advanced Reporting Pack' add-on ('exportable job and client lists for MS Excel'; description: 'Bulk Export - Download all your jobs, clients or materials'). After activation, Reports shows an Export section: Client List, Job List, Recurring Job List. Client List and Job List links go through a re-authentication step (PluginTwoStepAuthentication_Reauthenticate) before the export page; with a fresh login it passed straight through. Client export ('Download Mailing List', CSV): payment terms, company address, billing address and its split fields, billing contact, name, contact first/last, tax rate, email, billing email, phones - one row per client (24 rows here; merged-unit problem from T-01 persists, no notes, no site list). Job export ('Download Job Export Report', CSV, 13 lines for 7 jobs incl. the sample and partial invoice #5A): job number, date, status, company, contact, job address, quote/work order/invoice dates, payment received and amount, total invoice amount, total cost, billing address, description, work completed, invoice number, completion staff/date, badges, billing contact - no line items. Line items/materials: the add-on promises a materials export and a 'Material Usage' report exists; not exported in this run. Materials catalogue has a bulk import; the REST API (used for verification) also exposes everything to a developer. Attachments/photos: separate free add-ons 'Attachment Download' and 'Download Client Assets' exist (not activated); third-party 'ZIP Attachments' costs $8.99/mo. We read the CSVs in the browser to verify their content rather than downloading files to the operator's machine. Port-out/support answer: T-15. Result partial: client and job lists export as CSV at no extra cost, but invoice lines and documents need further add-ons or one-by-one download.
