Hugo Barrio García runs FieldServiceTested. He designs the test protocol, directs the recorded test runs and signs every verdict on the site.
He has built and run comparison websites since 2013, responsible for everything a comparator needs in order to be trusted and to earn its keep: the method, the data, the site, the copy and the compliance. He builds tools and documentation systems for businesses and professionals: in 2025 he founded Trevam, which publishes documentation kits for EU AI Act procurement work, and Xelanta, which makes small defensive tools for teams running language models in production. FieldServiceTested applies the same discipline to the software and services US trade businesses buy: define the tasks, run them, record the evidence, publish the result.
FieldServiceTested operates under a governance system Hugo designed and runs: written test specifications, hands-on execution of every task under test, quality gates, and traceability from each published claim to its recording.
