Prepare a new AC replacement quote for ridgeline-customer-residential-01 at ridgeline-location-01, using the customer and service address in ridgeline-job-replacement. Verify those links before adding prices.
Add the good, better and best options from ridgeline-item-replacement-01. Compare all three descriptions and amounts with ridgeline-price-book and save the quote.
Generate the vendor's real customer-facing approval link for this ridgeline-customer-residential-01 quote. Open that link in a separate customer session and confirm all three options are visible.
Approve the better option as the test customer for ridgeline-customer-residential-01. Return to the office session and record the approval state and selected option on the same quote.
Convert the approved quote into ridgeline-job-replacement through the product's quote-to-job action. Do not retype the selected option, description, amount, customer or ridgeline-location-01 address; record if conversion requires it.
Reopen ridgeline-job-replacement and compare its line items, amount and customer/location links with the approved quote. Save a recording from approval through conversion and identify every field that failed to carry over.

Not tested: Housecall Pro advertises a 14-day free trial, but its terms say the service is offered to users who reside in the US or Canada, and when we signed up on September 28, 2026 the onboarding form did not accept our Spanish phone number. Quote #1 for Fixture residential customer 01 at 101 Fictional Example Lane with three line items from RIDGELINE-REPLACE-01 (good $100, better $110, best $120; descriptions match the fixture). Jobber has no good/better/best package object: options are built with 'Mark as optional' line items that the client ticks in Client Hub, so the quote subtotal changes with the selection; in this run the better line stayed non-optional and good/best were optional, which the client view rendered as '1 of 3 items'. Jobber blocked the first send until the account owner's email was verified ('You must verify your email address before you are able to send any email or SMS messages'). The customer-facing link came from the real quote email to a lab-owned customer mailbox; opened in a separate tab, all three options were visible, Approve required a typed signature, and the quote showed Approved with signature and date. In the office session the quote read Approved with sent/opened/viewed timestamps; Convert to Job created Job #3 with the selected BETTER line ($110), client, property and 'From Quote #1' link without retyping anything. Field carried over: line name, description, amount, client, property. Not carried: visit assignment (job created unassigned, visit 'Today'). Two linked recordings: quote build (trimmed to 2:30) and approval-to-conversion.

Proposal button on the job card > Blank Proposal > title 'AC replacement options'; the items section has a type menu (Fixed Items, Fixed Items (Subtotal Only), Multiple Choice, Optional); set to Multiple Choice ('Choose one system') with Fixture replacement packages 1, 2 and 3 ($100/$200/$300) picked from the imported catalogue. Email from the proposal opens a prefilled message to the billing contact (the lab customer mailbox) with an sm8.link 'View and accept your estimate online' link; sent at 02:34 UTC. The customer page shows the three options as radio buttons ('NOT SELECTED' on the others) and a total that follows the choice; package 2 chosen, Accept > 'I accept the price and terms of the quote' > 'Proposal Accepted - Thanks for choosing FieldServiceTested Lab!'. Office side: in-app toast 'Customer accepted Proposal for Job #3 online', diary 'Quote Approved - Customer accepted Proposal online', job status changed from Quote to Work Order, and Billing holds only the chosen line (RIDGELINE-REPLACE-02, $200). The owner received a 'Proposal Accepted for Job #3' email from ServiceM8 at 02:36 UTC (saved). The quote email to the customer mailbox was not produced as evidence (not in the operator's mailbox at the time of saving). The quote was sent and accepted from the same browser. Whole flow about 5 minutes (video 4:31). Result pass.
