How this is calculated
For each product and required task, use the newest execution date. Ties use the execution id in descending alphabetical order. A match needs a pass on every required task, with our own evidence and the current task version. Missing runs, outdated runs and unresolved constraints go to “Not enough evidence yet.”
Offline and accounting-sync deal-breakers add T-09 and T-13 to the required tasks. A recorded non-pass, including “not available on plan,” fails that requirement. The records do not currently establish contract duration, so the annual-contract deal-breaker remains unresolved.
Products are listed by stable product id within each group, with no commercial weighting. Your profile and current system set the next-step guidance; your selected tasks determine matches. Your demo scores do not affect the grouping.
Users = technicians + office staff. Per-user monthly cost = observed rate × users; flat pricing uses the recorded amount within the included capacity. Annual observations are divided by 12 for monthly equivalents. The newest renewal and promotional observations remain separate, with their dates and conditions.
A supplied monthly maximum filters the renewal price on the tested plan, never a promotional rate or an untested cheaper plan. The lower end describes your planned range and does not exclude a cheaper option. Quote-only and unverified amounts are never estimated. Required runs across different plans need verification on one plan.
Limits
- Results describe recorded runs, not a guarantee about a different plan, device or future version.
- Every technician and office staff member is counted as a paid user. Role-specific exemptions, tax, setup fees and optional add-ons are not included; verify them before buying.
- Annual billing does not prove an annual contract. Unknown contract terms, missing prices and unverified task results stay visible; no contract terms are guessed.
- A demo score you enter belongs to your checklist and never changes the lab’s selector results.
