If we leave later, what can we export ourselves without contacting support - customers, jobs, invoices, photos/attachments - and in which formats? 2) A property manager pays for six rental units at different addresses. How do we set up one payer with several service locations so that a job at one unit bills the manager, and is that available on the plan we're trialing? Thanks! REPLY, received 2026-09-30 05:50 UTC (shown as Sep 30, 2026, 15:20 GMT+9:30), from a ServiceM8 Support agent: You can export the core records yourself while the account is active. The available options are: - Customers: Client List export in CSV format. - Jobs: Job List export in CSV format. - Invoices: open and save each invoice individually as a PDF. There isn't a selective bulk download for invoice PDFs. - Photos and attachments: download them individually from the relevant Job Diary, or create a full account backup. The backup includes jobs, clients, materials, documents, notes, photos and file attachments. It downloads as a ZIP containing CSV/JSON data and attachments in their original file types. Attachments are placed in a single attachments folder rather than grouped by job. The Client List and Job List CSV exports require the Advanced Reporting Pack. You can activate it during the trial from Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons, then access the exports from Reports. For the property manager setup, use the free Client Sites add-on. Set the property manager up as the head-office client, then add each rental unit as a site beneath that client. Jobs remain associated with the relevant service location, while quotes and invoices use the head office's company and billing-contact details. If the six units already exist as separate clients: 1. In the Online Dashboard, go to Clients. 2. Select the unit clients, then choose Actions > Assign to Head Office. 3. Select the property manager and click Update. Client Sites can be enabled during the trial and is free to use. [activation link removed]
